At Moving Families Forward we want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to make their new house into a home.

We regularly collect and warehouse gently used and new home furnishings from private donors and local companies, and then work in partnership with Los Angeles County shelters to identify families who are ready to move into permanent housing but are in need of assistance.

On move-in day, Moving Families Forward delivers an individualized package of furniture and  household items to meet the needs of the household.
